Boutique Hotel Fortino - Chania (Crete)

The rooftop hot tub was the highlight of our stay! Katerina was super helpful, making our time truly special. Just a note, there are quite a few steps to navigate. 😊

Beautiful hotel, it has good views and incredible location near the old harbour. The apartment is fantastic and has an electric kettle, a fridge, and air conditioner. Nothing too much trouble and I would love to come back...

Nothing for me!

We were in a great and fantastic location at a medium distance from parking. The area was lovely just next door to central, Greek restaurant close to the port, and the Venetian harbor.

What a gem of a surprise! Katerina at the front desk was super helpful. Our room was clean with a nice little patio to sip coffee. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant with huge portions. We could walk to the waterfront in 2 minutes. Definitely recommend ☀️

This hotel is all hype and no substance! The walk to the beach is ridiculous, at least 25 minutes. The claustrophobic room had low ceilings, and parking was a challenge. I woudl ve been thrilled with a free upgrade, but i guess preferential treatment doesn't apply to everyone, huh? What a miss.

Ideal location with really good service!

I had an very nice stay with a mix of comfort and convenience. The apartment was well designed and super comfortable, and it came with a fantastic power shower that was a delight after a full day of exploring. Katerina was a standout host, providing great recommendations for food. The location was just steps away from the harbor. Only downside was the difficulty in parking, but it didn't overshadow the fantastic experience I had.

Excellent place with free wi-fi, air conditioning, and a jacuzzi. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost id card, made a big difference! Don't miss the great service.

Air conditioning can be a bit tricky as there's only one unit, leading to temperature disparities between levels. It was sweltering upstairs while a bit chilly downstairs. Parking is a hassle and can make getting around more complicated than it needs to be, especially if you're traveling with family or luggage. Plus, there's noticeable street noise that might interrupt your peace, although it's not overpowering.

The room was spacious and met all our expectations. Katrina was amazing, always available. The view from the terrace was even better than we imagined. The hotel is in a great location!

Parking can be challenging, especially in the evenings.

comfortable stay but slightly noisy

The apartment was well designed and very comfortable. The power shower provided fantastic water pressure. It was a lovely touch to have a welcome pack with tea and coffee. I particularly enjoyed the city view from the apartment.

The noise from the street could be a bit distracting at times.

The Boutique Hotel, nestled in the historic part of town, offers great value for money. The attention to detail is evident in the clean and spacious rooms, where the bed is comfortable and the small balcony is a wonderful bonus. The central location in the old town and proximity to the second bay of Chania make it an ideal choice for exploring the charming neighborhood.
